The first commercial event at Bramley Moore Stadium has been confirmed as Everton look to reap the financial benefits of the stunning new 53,000-seat venue.
Everton will welcome event management company Downtown in Business’ third annual Change Makers Live conference on Thursday 2nd October 2025, which coincides with the Labour Party conference in the city.
The event will promises: “100 business leaders from across the country, with innovators, disruptors, entrepreneurs, and government ministers among the keynote speakers.”
It is one of the first commercial events confirmed for the new stadium, which said it would open bookings from spring 2025. The stadium has 15 event spaces and 20 smaller conference and meeting rooms including some of the bars and restaurants opening at the venue, as well as a 540-capacity theatre seating conference room and a 17,000-capacity fan plaza set to host music events outside the stadium using the in-house toilet and food and drink facilities.
The club has also opened enquiries for Christmas parties in the stadium, promising: “Our Christmas party nights run throughout December, with incredible party night packages to choose from.”
Everton have already announced the first ever non-football sporting event at the new stadium when the Rugby League Ashes series between England and Australia will take place at Bramley Moore. Tickets for the event sold out quickly for the 1 November game.
Everton have described the venue as a year-round stadium, meaning it hopes to host events throughout the year. It has also confirmed on-pitch events are available to interested parties and that could open up the prospect of major music acts playing at the city’s third and newest professional football venue built by the club.
Alongside extra match day revenue including £25,000 a season ‘loge’ seating near the player’s tunnel, the stadium is set to drive as much as £70m in added revenue for the club thanks to its ability to host a range of events outside of Premier League games.
