Everton are planning to release Bramley Moore Dock season ticket prices for the 2025/26 season as early as October, with sales opening in December or January.
Everton’s senior data science and insight manager Mike Gittins told the Everton Shareholders Association (EFCSA) the club is aiming to release prices for the new stadium in October and the first season tickets holders will be able to buy their seats in December or January.
He outlined the timeline this summer but the impending takeover of the club by the Friedkin Group, which could run into November, could set that back slightly as the new owners replace Farhad Moshiri at the helm of the club.
The club has confirmed all 31,000 season ticket holders at Goodison Park will be guaranteed a seat at Bramley Moore Stadium. Gittens says season ticket sales will likely be based on tenure, meaning those who have held a season ticket for the longest period of time will get first choice of seats at the new stadium. The tenure will be based on data stretching back 23 seasons, according to the Everton data expert.
The club also confirmed there would be 5,500 hospitality seats available compared to less than 1,400 at Goodison Park.
There are over 34,000 fans on the Everton season ticket waiting list and there will be an opportunity for some of those to secure a season ticket. Premier League rules say up to 80% of stadium capacity can be reserved for season tickets and while the club is unlikely to go all the way up to that figure new season ticket seats are expected to be released.
Everton have also hinted there will be test events with season ticket holders before the stadium opens. Last year the club sent a survey to season ticket holders asking for feedback on the following plans:
– How priority for selecting Season Ticket seats at the new stadium is determined
– The factors that are most important to supporters when choosing a seat
– The importance and influence of friends/family they attend games with and their collective matchday routine
– The type of test events Season Ticket Members might want to attend
– Ranking important considerations for when the Club moves from Goodison Park to Everton Stadium
Everton usually begin selling season tickets in January and fans can expect a price rise for Bramley Moore. Those prices will be revealed in the coming months if the club follows its own timeline despite boardroom upheaval.
