Everton’s official club store near Goodison Park will close its doors for the final time in August 2025.
The store, which opened in 1996 and was named Everton One, has been listed on a commercial property site as available from August when Everton vacate Goodison Park for a new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock.
The property listing says: “The subject property is situated on Walton Lane, adjacent to Goodison Park Football Stadium, home to Everton Football Club. The property also benefits from c.30 space car park.
“Currently occupied by Everton Football Club and used as their club shop, they will provide vacant possession in August 2025 due to the club’s relocation to Everton Stadium.”
Everton will open a new store at Bramley Moore in the East Stand of the stadium and the ;arge glass-fronted space is currently being fitted in time for the opening of the new stadium in August 2025. It is likely the new space will be named Everton One, with Everton Two remaining in the Liverpool One shopping centre in the city centre.
The old megastore at Goodison Park was famously being built during Everton’s 1995 FA Cup winning parade, which saw fans scale the part-finished buildings to welcome the team back to the city after the win. It features two 4,000 sq ft floors across two levels and the building notably has a large tower structure mimicking the tower on Everton’s crest.
The agents who have listed the building are asking for £95,000 in rent per year and offering 30 parking spaces for the new leaseholder.
