Manchester United vs Everton: How to watch, TV channel and live stream

Stephen Hurrell, November 22, 2025

Everton travel to Manchester United for the Monday night kick off at 8pm in the final Premier League game of the weekend.

Sky Sports has placed the game as the Monday night kick off in a move that will infuriate Everton fans, who will be forced to watch their team play on Monday night a record five times across the first half of the season.

A win could be significant for Everton, who could potentially go above Manchester United and city rivals Liverpool in an incredibly compact Premier League table this season.

The match will be shown on Sky Sports in the UK, meaning only those with a subscription or a NowTV pass will be able to watch the game. The passes cost around £9.99 for a day if you want to watch the match as a one-off.

Fans in America and Canada will be able to watch the game free by taking up a free trial with streaming service Fubo or Hulu. You can sign up for a free trial here and get a five days of free access, which includes the Manchester United vs Everton game.

Elsewhere the match will be shown on Stan Sport in Australia and Bein Sports in the Middle East and Africa.

If you want to avoid Jamie Carragher’s inane ramblings about Liverpool pre-match you can tune in to Everton’s own pre-match show, “Dockside Live” on Youtube with host Marva Kneel and former Everton right back Tony Hibbert.

Fans can also attend the Hill Dickinson Stadium itself where the matchday hospitality space Trinity Place in the East Stand will be open for fans to watch the game surrounded by fellow Blues. The bar will serve food and drinks and will show the Sky coverage of the game.

Team news

David Moyes has confirmed German midfielder Merlin Rohl will be out for a few weeks after hernia operation. He joins Jarred Branthwaite and Nathan Patterson on the Everton injury list.

Moyes has promoted young midfielder Callum Bates to the senior squad but he is unlikely to feature outside of a possible bench spot.

The biggest decision will be at right back. James Garner was excellent against Fulham last time out but Jake O’Brien will be hoping to reclaim a starting position despite appearing to be holding an ice pack to his leg after Ireland’s thrilling win over Hungary.

Seamus Coleman started both of Ireland’s games and will also be in contention as the squad’s only fit natural right back.

That decision will have a knock on effect because it could move James Garner back into central midfield alongside Idrissa Gana Gueye and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. Tim Iroegbunam would be unlucky to drop to the bench after he had a good game against Fulham.

Thierno Barry was much improved last time out and should keep his place ahead of Beto, while Jack Grealish and Illiman Ndiaye are nailed on starters on the wing, meaning Tyler Dibling will have to continue to be patient.

Jordan Pickford, Vitaly Mykolenko, Michael Keane and James Tarkowski will all start as part of the back five unit.

Expect Dwight McNeil, Adam Aznou, Beto, Carlos Alcaraz, Tyler Dibling and Mark Travers to make up the numbers on the bench.

Home side Manchester United will be without Benjamin Sesko, who is out for a few weeks with an injury. Harry Maguire is also ruled out, while Kobbie Mainoo is facing a late fitness test. Lisandro Martinez is fit and could be thrown into action immediately.
