Update – this article is accurate as of 19 June 2025
Everton have completed the relocation of season ticket holders to the magnificent 52,888-capacity Bramley Moore Stadium on the banks of the River Mersey.
The North East corner of the ground will be the dedicated away fans section of the stadium and that means limited opportunities for general sale tickets. Seats will be in high demand for the 2025/26 season especially for the opening home game against Brighton and the bigger games such as Liverpool at home.
There are ways fans can get seats and we will update this article as new tickets come available.
Everton vs Brighton tickets
The only seats currently on sale for Everton vs Brighton in Hill Dickinson Stadium’s first ever competitive game are through official hospitality seller Seat Unique here.
You can buy tickets for Village Street and Trinity Place in the West Stand on the river side of the stadium and you get a few hospitality extras with these seats including access to various bars and restaurants in the stadium, plus seats alongside the side of the pitch for a better view.
Tickets start from a hefty £595 for Village Street. You can also opt for the club’s premium hospitality at ‘Beyond’ in the lower tier of the East Stand, with prices for the Tunnel Experience package priced at nearly £1,000 per seat.
Everton has not announced general sale tickets for the game yet but members will get a chance to buy tickets sometime in July through the official Everton ticketing portal on the official site.
There will also be a ticket exchange for fans who cannot make the game here. You will need to be quick, as resale tickets will be snapped up quickly.
There are no other ways to get a ticket to the Brighton game. Do not trust any ticket sellers outside of the official sellers mentioned above.

Where to sit at Bramley Moore Stadium
The South Stand is the steepest home end in Europe with 13,000 seats looming above the goalmouth. It also boasts spectacular views of the city from the huge concourse, rail seating in the lower tier and a giant screen.
Seats in the upper ‘tier’ (the South Stand is single tier but comes with two seperate entry points) are the most in-demand, with a number sold out by season ticket holders. The corners are still relatively available and offer stunning views.
Next we have the East Stand, a popular choice and with limited availability as you move towards the half way line.
Moving around the stadium we get to the East Stand’s corner with the North Stand. There are nearly all of the seats here still available as the away fans will be situation in the lower tier. Be careful here, as some seats may need to be moved to expand the away section for cup games.
Ok, let’s move on to the North Stand. There are a lot of seats available here too and this will be where most general sale tickets will be sold.
Finally we have the West Stand to the left of the hospitality section and these tickets will only be available on the official reseller Seat Unique.
Hi Stephen,
I bought my season ticket over the phone 2 weeks ago and know roughly where I am but I know I’m in an aisle seat in section 002.
I’m wondering which one it is.
I don’t know if you have the information but if you do would you please let me know exactly where it is.
Section 002 row 6 seat No 123
In anticipation thank you
Kind regards
Graham L
Hey guys. Gonna get my ST on Wednesday. Do you know if I’m able to see the map of the green seats/availability before then? Or is that only available when logged in to purchase there and then? Thanks for any help.
Hi Phil. It will be available when you log in at 10am. I don’t think you can see it before but if there’s an area of the ground you want to see let me know and I’ll send you some screengrabs.
